Brings 20 years of post-graduate experience Expertise in: Construction, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety 85 of 1993 compliance. 3 years' experience in consulting engineering. Leads the company’s strategic direction and business development efforts.
NOEL P SMIT
Director: SHE Legal Compliance.Holds an LLM in Environmental Law and M.Phil. in Training & Development, Currently pursuing a PhD in SHE Regulatory Compliance: Operations Management, Brings 28 years of professional experience. Expertise in: SHE Regulatory Enablement and Legal Compliance, Training & Development, ISO/OHS Management Systems. Extensive experience across South African and Mozambican petrochemical and iron ore operations. Drives proactive SHE compliance strategies and stakeholder engagement. Non practicing Advocate of the High Court.
